บทคัดย่อ วิจัยการตัดสินใจในการเลือกสถานประกอบการในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยดังนี้ 1)เพื่อทราบข้อมูลทั่วไปของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษในการตัดสินใจเลือกสถานประกอบการในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ 2)เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกสถานประกอบการในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ และ3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการตัดสินใจเลือกสถานประกอบการในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น(Stratified Radom sampling) นักศึกษาภาคปกติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ จาก 4 คณะ ได้แก่ คณะศิลปศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ คณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ และวิทยาลัยกฎหมายและการปกครอง จำนวน 267 คน เครื่องมือใช้เก็บรวมรวบข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คืออัตราร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง สังกัดคณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี มีระดับเกรดเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 2.00 - 2.99 สถานประกอบการที่ต้องการไปฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพเป็นรูปแบบ ราชการ/รัฐวิสาหกิจ ปัจจัยในการเลือกสถานประกอบการในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษา ด้านการจูงใจ ด้านการรับรู้ และด้านทัศนคติ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก แนวคิดในการเลือกอาชีพของนักศึกษา ด้านเป้าหมายและด้านความเชื่อค่านิยม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัญหาและอุปสรรค ในการตัดสินใจเลือกสถานประกอบการในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ ได้แก่ เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมไม่ถึงเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด การเดินทางไปสถานประกอบการที่ไกลจากที่พัก ขาดความพร้อมในการฝึกงาน และการเลือกสถานประกอบการตามเพื่อนโดยไม่คำนึงถึงความสามารถของตนเอง

Abstract The objectives of this study were to : 1) to study the general information of students of Sisaket Rajabhat University affecting their decision making on selection of organizations for professional experiences, 2) to study factors affecting their decision making on selection of organizations for professional experiences , and 3) analyze the problem of suggestions on decision making on selection of organizations for professional experiences of students of Sisaket Rajabhat University. The samples used in this study were 267 students of Sisaket Rajabhat University.The sample drawn form 4 Faculty: Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and College of Law and Government, using stratified radom sampling.The instruments used in this research were questionnaires.The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings were as follows: The participants mostly were female ,belong to the Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting, with a cumulative GPA between 2.00 - 2.99, Their decision making on selection of organizations for professional experiences is government service/state enterprises,and attitudes. Of all these the mean was at a high level.These also affect their decision making on selection of organization for professional experiences in the aspects of motivation, perception Problems and barriers to the decision making on selection of organizations for professional experiences for students of Sisaket Rajabhat University were to The cumulative GPA did not meet the required criteria, Traveling to establishments that are far from the accommodation, and Choosing establishments based on friends regardless of their abilities.
