บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคาดหวังต่อการบริหารงานของรัฐบาลเศรษฐา ทวีสิน 2) ศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารงานของรัฐบาลเศรษฐา ทวีสิน และ 3) เพื่อเสนอข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาการบริหารงานของรัฐบาลเศรษฐา ทวีสิน ตามความคิดเห็นของประชาชนในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงผสม ประชากรคือประชาชนผู้มีสิทธิ์เลือกตั้ง จำนวน 138,162 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 384 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการแจกแบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์พรรณนาเชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความคาดหวังต่อการบริหารงานของรัฐบาลในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย โดยความคาดหวังต่อการบริหารงานของรัฐบาลในภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับน้อย เรียงลำดับคะแนนค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง ด้านการพัฒนาพรรคการเมือง ด้านการให้การศึกษาพลเมือง ด้านการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมทางการเมือง และด้านการพัฒนาประชาธิปไตย ตามลำดับ 2) ปัญหาการบริหารงานของรัฐบาล ได้แก่ การทำให้ประชาธิปไตยแตกหัก การไม่ทำตามสัญญาทางการเมือง การไม่คุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพทางการเมือง การไม่เป็นแบบอย่างประชาธิปไตย และการขาดประชาธิปไตยในพรรคการเมือง 3) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาการบริหารงานของรัฐบาล ได้แก่ ควรทำให้เปลี่ยนผ่านไปสู่ประชาธิปไตยเสรีนิยม ควรทำตามสัญญาทางการเมือง ควรคุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพทางการเมือง ควรกลับมาเป็นแบบอย่างประชาธิปไตย และควรสร้างประชาธิปไตยในพรรคการเมือง คำสำคัญ : ความคาดหวังทางการเมือง / การบริหารงานของรัฐบาล / รัฐบาลเศรษฐา ทวีสิน

Abstract The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the expectations of the administration of the Settha Thavisin government; 2) to study the administrative problems of the Settha Thavisin government, and; 3) to propose suggestions for ways to solve administrative problems. Settha Thaweesin's government, according to the opinions of the people in Mueang District Sisaket Province. It's a mixed research. The population was 138,162 voters, a sample of 384 people, and 5 informants. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview forms. Data was collected by handing out questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed using basic statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Qualitative data were analyzed, descriptive analysis of content. The results showed that: 1) Overall expectations for government administration are low. The expectations for government administration in all aspects are low. Sorting the average scores from highest to lowest includes promoting political participation, political party development, civic education, promotion of political behavior, and democratic development, respectively; 2) There are problems in government administration, including the fracturing of democracy, failure to fulfill political promises, failure to protect political rights and freedoms, not being democratic model, and lack of democracy in political parties; 3) Suggestions for solving government management problems include making a transition to liberal democracy, political promises should be fulfilled, political rights and freedoms should be protected, It should return to being a democratic model, and democracy should be created in political parties.
