บทคัดย่อ วิจัยการเรียนรู้ชุมชนท้องถิ่นด้วยกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคม กรณีศึกษา : ตำบลหัวช้าง อำเภอ อุทุมพรพิสัย จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยดังนี้ 1) เพื่อพัฒนานักศึกษาให้มีทักษะวิศวกรสังคมสู่การเรียนรู้ชุมชนท้องถิ่น ตำบลหัวช้าง อำเภออุทุมพรพิสัย จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการใช้เครื่องมือวิศวกรสังคมของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยกฎหมายและการปกครอง มหาวิทยาลัย ราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น(Stratified Radom sampling) นักศึกษาภาคปกติ วิทยาลัยกฎหมายและการปกครอง มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ จาก 3 สาขาวิชา ได้แก่ คือ สาขาวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ สาขาวิชานิติศาสตร์ และสาขาวิชารัฐศาสตร์ จำนวน 272 คน เครื่องมือใช้เก็บรวมรวบข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ อัตราร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.นักศึกษาใช้ทักษะวิศวกรสังคมในการเรียนรู้ชุมชนท้องถิ่น เกิดเป็นชุดการเรียนรู้ 4 ชุดการเรียนรู้ได้แก่ 1.ศึกษาประวัติความเป็นมาชุมชนตำบลหัวช้าง 2.พิธีกรรมสะเอง 3. ผ้าไหมมัดหมี่ 4.ผลิตภัณฑ์ร่มใหญ่ โดยใช้เครื่องมือวิศวกรสังคม 5 เครื่องมือ 1.ฟ้าประทาน 2.นาฬิกาชีวิต 3.Timeline พัฒนาการ 4.Timeline กระบวนการ 5.M.I.C Model ซึ่งนักศึกษามีความรู้ความเข้าใจและมีทักษะการใช้เครื่องมือวิศวกรสังคมในภาพรวมระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.61 โดยมีระดับความรู้มากที่สุดคือ เครื่องมือนาฬิกาชีวิต มีทักษะการคิด วิเคราะห์เชิงเหตุผลบนฐานข้อมูล และมีระดับความรู้น้อยที่สุด คือ เครื่องมือ M.I.C Model ทักษะการพัฒนาเพื่อต่อยอดและสร้างความยั่งยืน 2.ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการใช้เครื่องมือวิศวกรสังคม ปัญหาได้แก่ เวลาในการให้ข้อมูลของชาวบ้านและการลงพื้นที่ของนักวิจัยยังจำกัด(นาฬิกาชีวิต) และการใช้คำถามในการสื่อสารเพื่อให้ได้คำตอบชัดเจน อาจต้องฝึกภาษาท้องถิ่น (ภาษาลาว เขมร ส่วย เยอ) ให้กับนักศึกษา (ฟ้าประทาน) ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรมีการทบทวนการใช้เครื่องมือวิศวกรสังคมก่อนออกเก็บข้อมูลในพื้นที่ และ ควรมีการจัดอบรมโดยเชิญวิทยากรที่ผ่านการอบรมจากหน่วย SEAL ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ Up skill ให้กับนักศึกษาเพื่อนำมาใช้ให้เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคม คำสำคัญ : การเรียนรู้; ชุมชนท้องถิ่น; วิศวกรสังคม

Abstract The objectives of this study were to: 1) study the students development of learning local through the process of social engineering. In Hua Chang Sub-district, Uthumphon Phisai District, Sisaket Province, and 2) analyze the problem of suggestions on using tools of social engineering students at the College of Law and Government, Sisaket Rajabhat University. The samples used in this study were 272 students of the College of Law and Governance, Sisaket Rajabhat University. The sample was drawn from 3 departments: public administration, jurisprudence, and political science, using stratified random sampling.The instruments used in this research were questionnaires.The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1) Students use social engineering skills to learn about the local community, resulting in four learning sets: 1. Studying the history of Huachang Sub-district, 2. Sak Yant ceremony, 3.Mudmee silk fabric, 4.Large umbrella products. They employ five social engineering tools: 1. Fha Prathan, 2. Life Clock, 3. Development Timeline, 4. Process Timeline, 5. M.I.C Model. Overall, an average of 3.61. students have a high level of knowledge and understanding of these tools, with the highest level of knowledge being in the Life Clock tool, which involves analytical reasoning based on data. The lowest level of knowledge is in the M.I.C Model, which focuses on development for sustainability. 2) The issues include the limited time for providing information from the locals and the researchers' fieldwork.The use of questions in communication to obtain clear answers may require training in local languages (Lao, Khmer, Suai, Yeo) for the students. Recommendations include reviewing the use of social engineering tools before collecting data in the area. There should be training sessions organized by inviting speakers trained by the SEAL unit of Rajabhat University, Up Skill, for students to keep up with the changes in society.
